10 Granny Smith Apples, cored and sliced into wedges
3 Red delicious Apples, cored and sliced into wedges
1 small can of pineapple juice ( 8oz )
Place wedged apples into a large bowl and coat with pineapple juice. Drain excess pineapple juice from bowl.
Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
¾ c packed brown sugar
½ c powdered sugar
tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz block of cream cheese, softened
¾ c Toffee bits
Combine brown sugar, sugar, vanilla and cream cheese in a bowl. Mix together until smooth. Add toffee bits and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for approximately one-half hour.
Place toffee mixture in a small bowl. Place apples on a plate with the toffee bowl in the center of the plate.
